A natural “orange” wine made by leaving the juice on extended skin contact, allowing “oxidation, and using minimal additives. This produces a white wine with a dark yellow or orange colour, intense and bold flavours, and a little something different.
Food suggestions: Full flavoured dishes with rich, natural oil component such as strong cheeses, cured meat, or fish. Raclette and chorizo, or seared salmon.
Blend: Viognier, Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne – made from certified organic grapes.
