Description

All the grapes are grown from one single vineyard in the Outeniqua Mountains, planted in 1997, and dry farmed. Soils are mostly clay loam at an altitude of 2,890 feet above sea level, with south-east facing slopes.

Savoury notes with earthy, smoky aroma, some sandalwood and dark chocolate to add depth. On the palate, dark cherries, ripe blueberries and early autumn blackberries.
