The grapes were hand-picked early morning at 23 degrees Balling. Grapes were harvested from one vineyard block of 27 year old bush vines. The wine was fermented in new French oak barrels and aged in the same barrels for 12 months.
Tasting Notes: Wood and fruit is in perfect harmony in this wine. Apricot, guava aromas with a little pear on the nose.
This wine is well rounded with good tannin structure and a fully rounded mouth feel!
