We continue to operate from our city home in Salt River  developing and farming parcels of vines in various locations around the Western Cape. Fortunately for us, all the hard work in the vineyards, especially mulching, paid off and we saw the rest of the season yielding some incredible fruit. It was definitely a winemaker’s vintage, fruit needed to be extensively sorted, ferments were slightly cooler and we kept time on skins limited. In all we are extremely happy with the wines we have put to bottle and hope you will enjoy the release over many years to come.
