Description

This is a copper-coloured skin-contact Pinot Gris. Naturally fermented, it spent 8 days on the skins, giving the wine lovely texture, and it’s beautiful colour! After pressing, it spent 7 months in 5 older barrels.

The wine is dry, with hints of grapefruit and rhubarb.
